Peripheries Experimental Film and Video Festival

Numerous VDB artists will take part in the Peripheries Experimental Film and Video Festival at Sweet Void Cinema in Chicago during the final two weekends of September (19-22, 26-29). 

Featured artists include: 

Sept 19 - Nazli Dinçel's Instructions on How to Make a Film in "Agitate: The Non-Event" at 7:30pm 

Sept 22 – Saif Alsaegh's Bezuna in shorts "Block D" at 6:30pm 

Sept 29 – Colectivo Los Ingrávidos' Xiuhtecuhtli in "Agitate: In Discrete Space" at 2:30pm. Carl Elsaesser's How to Run a Trotline in "Memory Drum" at 5:30pm on September 29. Jem Cohen, Deborah Stratman, Jesse McLean, Jessica Bardsley, and Paul & Marlene Kos in "Cloudwards: Waiting is a Dreaming" at 7:00pm.
